Version 2026-10-17 · Draft, to be reviewed by a lawyer before ChaseList opens to the public.

This explains what ChaseList collects, why, who can see it, and how to delete it. ChaseList is run by Razor Shell Trading in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA. Questions: razorshelltrading@gmail.com.

What ChaseList collects

Your Claude account ID. Claude gives ChaseList an ID when you open it, so your data stays separate from everyone else's. ChaseList never sees or stores your password.
Your name (required). Shown on your profile and on anything you post in the Community.
Your email (optional). Only used if ChaseList owner needs to reach you about your account. ChaseList sends no newsletters or marketing.
A profile photo and home ZIP code (both optional). The ZIP is used to find card shows near you.
What you add: your cards, sealed products, watchlist, sales, grading history and plan choice.
Community posts, pictures and likes. These are visible to everyone on ChaseList.
Records of your choices: when you joined, when you accepted the terms, and that you confirmed you are 13 or older.

Photos you take with the camera tools

When you scan a card or a slab label, the photo is sent to Claude (made by Anthropic) so it can read the card. ChaseList keeps only the card it found, not the photo, unless you post the photo to the Community yourself.

What ChaseList does not collect

No tracking or advertising cookies, no analytics, no location tracking, no contacts, and no payment details (nothing is charged right now).

Who can see your information

You.
ChaseList owner, so he can run and support ChaseList. He can see your profile, email, join date and collection.
Everyone on ChaseList can see your Community posts and the name and photo on them.
ChaseList does not sell or rent your information, and does not share it for advertising.

Services ChaseList uses

Claude by Anthropic hosts ChaseList and stores its data, and reads photos for the camera tools. Anthropic's own privacy policy also applies.
Google Fonts provides ChaseList's fonts. When the fonts load, Google receives your IP address.
Links to eBay, TCGplayer, PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC, TAG and other sites take you to those sites, where their own policies apply. ChaseList does not share your information with them.

Your browser

ChaseList saves a few settings on your own device (like your colors and filters) so it works the way you left it. See the Cookies page.

How long it is kept

Until you delete your account or ask us to. Deleting your account removes your profile, collection, watchlist, sales and Community posts.

Your choices

See and fix your information in Profile, Settings.
Delete everything yourself in Profile, Settings, Delete my account. It takes effect right away.
Or email razorshelltrading@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have more rights, like getting a copy of your data. Email us to use them.

Kids

ChaseList is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are 13 to 17, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use ChaseList. If you are a parent and think your child under 13 signed up, email razorshelltrading@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the version date changes and ChaseList asks you to agree again.
